VEDIC CLUB 26

A Zero-Profit Offering

There is no business in this vision. There is only a heartfelt dream — to see families live peacefully, and through them, to see the world move toward global peace. In today’s world, any typical business would aim to generate three to four times the return on investment for a project of this scale — and from a purely commercial perspective, that would be considered normal, even expected.

However, The Vedic Club is not a commercial venture but a Karmic offering — created to foster peace, simplicity, and sacred community living for those who genuinely seek it. Every brick, every garden, and every space here is designed not for profit, but for the inner upliftment of its members and the greater harmony of society.

We are offering 700 world-class executive suites of 400 sq. ft. each — fully furnished and built to five-star hospitality standards — making this probably the only club in the world with the highest rooms-to-members ratio. The suites provide 2.8 lakh sq. ft. of premium accommodation, supported by 80,000 sq. ft. of administrative and management facilities, totaling 3.6 lakh sq. ft. of construction across three club buildings on 3 acres.

The project is proposed on 12 acres of land in total:

  • 3 acres for the three club towers (3.6 lakh sq. ft.)
  • 5 acres for 600 dedicated car parkings
  • 4 acres for a world-class meditation theme park, open 24×7 for silence and reflection

With an estimated total project cost of ₹350 crores, this offering includes high-quality interiors, state-of-the-art amenities, structural excellence, landscaped greenery, and full land value — all delivered with complete transparency and no hidden costs or markups.

Note on Ownership and Future Expansion

All land and infrastructure within the campus are owned by The Bhagavad Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies, a Section 8 not-for-profit organization. Members enjoy lifetime privileges and spiritual usage rights, but hold no proprietary ownership of the physical assets.

To serve the Foundation’s broader global mission, there is a plan to construct two additional towers totaling about 3.5 lakh sq. ft., dedicated to foreign seekers and international visitors pursuing Advaita wisdom. These expansions will operate harmoniously within the same campus, ensuring that the Vedic Club coexists with the Foundation’s exclusive programs while preserving the sanctity of the members’ experience.

As the number of Club Members and Foundation Donors grows, additional land will be procured to ensure ample space, parking, and accommodation — maintaining a serene, congestion-free environment for all who visit this spiritual landmark.

Commencement of the Vedic Club

The Vedic Club is scheduled to commence its activities on Gita Jayanti Day 2028, marking an auspicious beginning aligned with the eternal wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. However, every effort is being made to advance the inauguration to Gita Jayanti Day 2027, allowing members and seekers to experience this sacred space and its programs a year earlier — by the grace of the Divine.

Payment Schedule & Enrollment Process

Membership applications will be accepted in batches of 100 members at a time to ensure smooth onboarding and transparent financial management.

To begin, interested individuals may first contribute ₹25,000 to the Bhagavad Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies. This initial contribution confirms eligibility for Vedic Club membership and supports the Foundation’s spiritual and educational initiatives.

Once Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are received from 100 eligible applicants, the Foundation will formally invite that batch to complete their full membership payment as per their selected category (Club A to E).

Please note that the membership fee is dynamic and may be revised every three months based on project progress, land development costs, and overall demand. Early applicants will naturally benefit from the current pricing structure.

This phased and transparent process ensures that each rupee is invested directly into construction and infrastructure, aligning perfectly with the Foundation’s zero-profit, dharma-aligned spiritual hospitality model.
