D3Y Infra and the Bhagavad Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies are two distinct entities, each with its own mission:
D3Y Infra is a real estate company founded to offer farmland solutions focused on organic vegetable and fruit cultivation, designed to meet the nutritional needs of an entire family throughout the year. Its flagship offering includes 500 to 1,000 sq. yard farm plots located within a 3-hour drive from major cities. These farms are professionally managed by dedicated farming contractors who cultivate seasonal produce on behalf of the owners. Families are encouraged to visit their farms every weekend, experience the joy of harvesting, and take home fresh, chemical-free vegetables and fruits — creating a perfect blend of health, nature, and family bonding.
It also champions the innovative concept of EMI-free housing, helping lower and middle-income families who can invest ₹15–20 lakhs in commercially viable land to potentially own a ₹1–1.5 crore flat in 8–12 years through the landowners’ share model.
D3Y Infra also offers sandalwood farmland investment solutions at an affordable rate of ₹30 lakhs per acre, with 400 sandalwood saplings per acre. Unlike most models, D3Y Infra takes no share in the final produce, allowing the entire harvest benefit to go to the investor. Each tree is projected to yield returns of ₹3–4 lakhs, making this a potentially lucrative investment of ₹10–15 crores by the time of harvest.
The Bhagavad Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies, on the other hand, is a registered Section 8 not-for-profit organization with a global spiritual vision — to bring Bhagavad Gita wisdom to 50% of the world by 2050 and 75% by 2100 through Advaita Vedanta-based education and community programs.
Though separate in structure, both organizations share a common link: Mr. Anand Reddy, a structural engineer by profession and a respected pioneer in India’s CAD-CAE training ecosystem. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Engineers Cadd Centre Pvt. Ltd., India’s first CAD Centre, and the first structural software trainer in India specializing in the design of high-rise structures for wind and seismic loads.
Recognizing the alignment of purpose, Shri C.B.R. Prasad, Chairman of the Bhagavad Gita Foundation, made a formal appeal to D3Y Infra to support the Foundation in its initial phase — specifically, in developing the first integrated Vedic Club and Vedic Township within a single campus, serving as the base to commence Advaita-centric Bhagavad Gita classes for elite and international audiences.
In response to this appeal, D3Y Infra agreed to take up the project on a “zero-profit” basis, offering end-to-end development and construction support without commercial gain. However, to cover its operational efforts and professional inputs, D3Y Infra will receive a nominal consulting commission of 5% on the total project cost.
This rare collaboration reflects a shared commitment — to create a global spiritual model that blends ethical real estate with timeless wisdom, setting a precedent for future Vedic Townships and Vedic Clubs across India and the world.
