Land and Asset Ownership Structure

The land and infrastructure of the Vedic Club shall remain the exclusive property of the Bhagavad Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies, a Section 8 not-for-profit organization registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Members shall enjoy lifetime privileges to use the Club and all its facilities for spiritual learning, family retreats, meditation, wellness, and other dharmic purposes for which it is established. However, no member shall hold any legal ownership or equity rights in the land, buildings, or infrastructure. Their participation represents spiritual and experiential privileges, not property ownership.

The developer (D3Y Infra) will retain no proprietary rights over the land, buildings, or operations. Its role will remain limited to the initial design, development, and setup of the Club and its maintenance systems. After completion, the Foundation shall have complete and permanent ownership and control over all physical and functional aspects of the project.

The Foundation will manage the Club’s operations for the first five years from the date of commissioning. Upon completion of this period, operations shall be handed over to the Members’ Association, which will work in association with the Foundation to determine the future course of management, while ensuring the continued dissemination of Advaita Vedanta–based Bhagavad Gita wisdom to the public at large.

Membership is open only to individuals registered under The Hyderabad Vedic Club, a spiritual society for practising Hindus, in alignment with its dharmic mission and foundational values.

The Vedic Club operates on a strictly non-commercial, zero-profit basis, under the stewardship of the Bhagavad Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies. Its sole purpose is spiritual service — to spread Advaita wisdom to over 75% of the world by 2100 and to establish Vedic Townships and Vedic Clubs across major cities in the next 25 yearsnever for business gain.
